⅓cups vinegar -
⅔cup oil -

⅓cups sugar -
1can black beans, rinsed & drained

1can black-eyed peas, rinsed & drained

3stalks celery, chopped

1green pepper, chopped

1red pepper, chopped

1red onion, chopped

1package frozen corn

0salt, pepper
Preparation
- Step 1.
- Bring vinegar, oil, and sugar to a boil, dissolving sugar. Let cool.
- Step 2.
- Drain & rinse beans. Prepare veggies and mix with beans and corn. Pour cooled vinegar mixture over veggies.
- Step 3.
- Refrigerate over night. Drain beans & vegetables completely before serving.
