28-oz can roma tomatoes

15-oz can tomato paste

green pepper, diced

red pepper, diced

Preparation
- Step 1.

Crumble and fry sausage in oil.
- Step 2.

When sausage has nearly lost it's pink color,
add peppers and onions to the pot. Saute to soften.
- Step 3.

Add tomatoes and paste to pot. If too thick, add some water.
- Step 4.

Season to taste using salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic, or simply use Italian seasoning.
