2stalks celery, diced

1red pepper, diced

1onion, diced

8oz. mushrooms, sliced

1lb. broccoli, chopped

12oz. cream cheese, softened

1 ¼lb. cooked chicken, diced

0salt, pepper
Preparation
- Step 1.
- Saute celery, red pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter until tender.
- Step 2.
- Add broccoli and cook until bright green, a few minutes.
- Step 3.
- Add cream cheese, mix well.
- Step 4.
- Add chicken and seasonings.
- Step 5.
- Pour into buttered casserole, bake at 350° until top is golden.
