¾cups shortening (315g) -
⅔cup cold water -
1teaspoon vinegar

1beaten egg

2teaspoon salt

1teaspoon sugar
Preparation
- Step 1.
- Using a pastry cutter, cut shortening into flour.
- Step 2.
- Dissolve sugar & salt into water & vinegar. Add beaten egg.
- Step 3.
- Add liquid to dry ingredients. Form into dough.
- Step 4.
- Roll out for pies or wrap in wax paper and store in refrigerator.
