214.5 oz cans red tart cherries

1cup sugar

1heaping spoonful of flour
Preparation
- Step 1.
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Step 2.
- Drain cherries, save a little juice, just in case.
- Step 3.
- Stir sugar & flour into drained cherries.
- Step 4.
- Let cherries sit while rolling out bottom crust for pie.
- Step 5.
- Bake pie at 450° for 20 minutes.
- Step 6.
- Lower oven to 375° and bake pie for 30 more minutes.
