Ingredients

1 ¼cups flour (160g)

1T baking powder

1T sugar

1teaspoon salt

1cup milk

1egg
-
2T oil
-
1pint blueberries

1 ½bananas, diced
Preparation
- Step 1.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Step 2.
- Mix milk, egg and oil.
- Step 3.
- Add liquid to dry ingredients. Mix lightly, leaving plenty of lumps.
- Step 4.
- Add blueberries & bananas. Let batter rest around 10 minutes.
- Step 5.
- Cook in non-stick pan over medium to low.
